Technical (necessary)

To remember your choice in the cookie bar we use localStorage under the key inovai_consent. Without this record the bar would appear on every visit. This record does not require consent (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive - the exemption for strictly necessary storage).

Plus one localStorage key inovai_preloader_seen - it only holds a flag that the intro animation has already played, so it isn't shown again. No tracking.

Google Analytics 4 - only with consent

If you give consent in the cookie bar, we load Google Analytics 4. It helps us understand traffic - how many people visit the site, where they come from, which pages they read most and whether they submit the contact form.

• Operator: Google Ireland Limited, as a processor for InovaiTechnology s.r.o.
• Data processed: IP address (anonymised), browser and device information, visited URLs, time spent on a page, traffic source.
• Cookies: _ga, _ga_*.
• Retention period: 14 months (property setting).
• Transfer outside the EU: Google may process data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Microsoft Clarity - only with consent

If you give consent in the cookie bar, we load Microsoft Clarity. It helps us understand how visitors use the site - click heatmaps, aggregated behaviour recordings, on-page movement statistics.

• Operator: Microsoft Corporation, as a processor for InovaiTechnology s.r.o.
• Data processed: IP address (anonymised), browser and device information, on-page behaviour information. Clarity automatically masks the content of text fields and emails - it does not capture what you type into a form.
• Retention period: by default 1 year from the last visit (Microsoft setting).
• Transfer outside the EU: Microsoft may process data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
