Inovai / Who it’s for
DORA wants a test and evidence. Do you have both?
We test your chatbot, assistant and Copilot and document it for the auditor and the Czech National Bank (ČNB).
What the auditor will ask and what they get
Every AI system is an ICT asset that DORA wants tested.
Tests, Copilot audit and monitoring with records.
Material for the auditor and the ČNB, also on your server.
What’s pushing you
Three places where AI meets the supervisor.
What we do for you
Testing, Copilot audit and evidence that internal audit files away.
Every test has the written consent of the system owner. For a vendor’s chatbot, we also need the vendor’s written consent; we’ll help you prepare a testing clause for the contract.
Does the test cover DORA’s testing requirements?
It is one part of them: testing AI systems as ICT assets, with records and a retest. Your risk assessment sets what to test and how often; whether it is enough is for the supervisor or auditor to judge.
Can we run the test without the cloud?
Yes. The version on your server uses local models for both attacks and evaluation, and nothing leaves, not even telemetry.
What about a chatbot from an external vendor?
We test it with their written consent, they get the findings to fix and we verify again after the fix. The report also serves as material for third-party risk management.
