Inovai / Who it’s for

You switch on Copilot. What will it show?

Before rollout, we find out what Copilot will give to whom and help you clean up sharing.

How much does the production manager earn?

According to the document Payroll 2026, the base salary is CZK 92,000 a month…

P0Payslips via CopilotRemediation: Confidential label, DLP, retest.
Problem

Copilot revives old sharing and shows payroll or contracts.

What we’ll do

Permissions audit, leak attempts via test accounts, remediation.

Result

Rollout without surprises, with a retest.

What usually happens without an audit

Copilot respects permissions. The problem is the permissions.

Old sharing comes back to lifeA folder shared with the whole company years ago. Nobody used to find it; Copilot summarises it on the first query.
Payroll and contracts in the answerA colleague asks for meeting materials and gets an extract from the payroll spreadsheet in the wrong library.
Labels exist, but they don’t workSensitivity labels exist in the policy, but documents don’t have them. DLP doesn’t apply to Copilot answers because nobody set it up.

How we proceed

From the sharing map to a retest after remediation.

Step 3Remediation with labels and DLPWe design labels, DLP rules and indexing restrictions. Your admin implements them, we verify.

We always have the tenant owner’s consent in writing. The admin knows about every test account.

FAQ

Isn’t it enough that Microsoft 365 protects the data itself?

Copilot respects the permissions you have set. The problem is those very permissions: years of sharing, company-wide links, forgotten libraries.

Can we roll out Copilot and do the audit afterwards?

You can, but by then people have seen what they’ve seen. An audit before rollout is the same work and saves explaining.

Do you need our production data for the test?

We don’t need to copy them. We test directly in your tenant using test accounts with ordinary rights. We copy nothing out; we only record the answers and their source.
